First time buyers can potentially get on the property ladder with a minimum deposit of 5% which can come in the form of savings or a gift from a family member. During our initial chat I will talk you through the mortgage process in stages making it easier to prioritise. After I talk you through the process, I will calculate how much you are able to borrow based on available deposit, personal circumstances and financial commitments which will help you understand what areas and property types are in your price range. Once you find a property, I will then assess your personal circumstances in more detail and recommend a mortgage product, term and repayment plan best tailored to your individual needs. I have access to a wide range of lenders including high street banks, building societies and specialist mortgage providers.
